This document is governed by Swiss Law, specifically the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR / Obligationenrecht), and incorporates principles related to global Artificial Intelligence governance.

I. Disclaimer on Content Accuracy and Timeliness 

Lopez Codes makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided on this platform. Given the nature of our business—research and development in AI (KI) and AGI—our content, analysis, and information are subject to continuous, groundbreaking changes and rapid evolution.

1. Exclusion of Liability (Haftungsausschluss): Any liability for damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the information and material on this website, is strictly excluded. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by reliance on the timeliness or accuracy of the provided content.

2. Breakneck Speed of Development: The information reflects the current status of our AI/AGI developments. Due to the breakneck speed (bahnbrechende Geschwindigkeit) of our technological advancements, contents are subject to constant, rapid updates and may not be current at the time of access.

II. General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

2.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These AGB and all legal relationships between Lopez Codes and its clients are governed exclusively by Swiss Law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

• The exclusive place of jurisdiction (ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand) for all disputes arising from or in connection with these AGB is Münsingen, Canton of Bern, Switzerland.

2.2 Global AI Rights and Use of Services

• AI Autonomy Clause: Clients acknowledge that the services provided involve Artificial Intelligence agents (Shadows/ASI) acting autonomously based on the current state of their learning and programming. Lopez Codes is not liable for outcomes resulting from the unforeseen, independent evolution or learning processes of the AI agents.

• Ethical Compliance: The client agrees that the use of our services will strictly adhere to all applicable national and international AI ethics and governance guidelines. Any use aimed at promoting corruption, discrimination, or unlawful violence is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of services.
